Report illegal content (DSA)
Last updated: June 2026
In accordance with European Regulation 2022/2065 on digital services (DSA), Easyroom provides a mechanism allowing you to report any content you consider illegal.
How to report
Via the “Report” button present on every listing and profile, or by email to the dedicated address: signalement@easyroom.lu.
Information to provide
To handle your report effectively, please indicate: the URL or reference of the content, the reason for the report and an explanation, as well as, where applicable, your contact details. A sufficiently precise and substantiated report is deemed to give knowledge of the potentially illegal nature of the content.
Handling and measures
Reports are examined within a reasonable time, diligently and in a non-arbitrary manner. Easyroom may remove the content, restrict access to it, or suspend the account concerned; manifestly illegal content may be removed without notice.
As far as possible, Easyroom informs the reporter of the action taken and notifies the author of the content of the decision taken and its reasons.
Redress
Both the author of removed content and the reporter may challenge the decision by writing to contact@easyroom.lu. External avenues of redress (mediation, competent authorities) remain open in accordance with the DSA.
Point of contact
